Please accept my thanks and gratitude for the fine work you have completed on behalf of my business.
First, I commend you for the very fast response to my inquiry regarding your services. Compared to the other ACT! Consultants, your timely response got my attention.
Secondly, in spite of the argument I gave you over the needs analysis, it proved very beneficial in laying out exactly what I wanted to accomplish.
Third, I can't tell you how impressed I was when you 'unveiled' our finished product! The new layout has dramatically improved our productivity and tracking of deals-in-process.
All of our information on a transaction is in one place, and, after the extensive training you reviewed with us, we all know how to use ACT! much more efficiently.
In fact, one cheap benefit to working with you was how many of out initial "needs" were already built-in to ACT! - only we didn't know it until you showed us.
I would like to suggest that all your clients go through the needs analysis first, since likely part of their solution is already in ACT!.
So far we don't have any change requests for what you've put together, and I'm satisfied with the adoption of our system by the staff. In the future, I'd like your assistance in developing additional reports based off some of the fields we've developed.
